Return Policy

  • Within 7 days of delivery via email, WhatsApp, or Facebook Messenger
  • You can request a return if the item is Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

Return Conditions

  • Must be in original packaging with shipping label and tags attached.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Include all original items (tags, manuals, warranty cards, freebies, accessories).
  • Note: If the item doesn’t meet these conditions, the return may be rejected. After 3 failed delivery attempts of a rejected return, the item will be discarded and no refund will be issued.
